Pine nuts

Here in Canada we tend to associate the pine tree with Christmas, floor boards, and the great outdoors. We know about pine nuts—those pricey little salad toppers at the grocery store, but surely they can’t grow here? Wrong! Our climate is perfect for a number of different edible pine varieties.
